    Cerdo es la carne más sostenible para comer.
    
    But I have to say, that I don´t think you can say "sostenible" of the meat. At least my spanish boyfriend doesn´t even understand that and he says that you can´t use that word of a meat.
    The problem is that I don´t understand the meaning of the word "sustainable" and because of that I can´t say what it could be in spanish.
